  1. Mô tả công việc
  • Giám sát các nhà thầu bảo vệ, vệ sinh, chăm sóc cây cảnh, kiểm soát côn trùng, vận chuyển rác thải, thực hiện các công việc theo hợp đồng.
  • Thực hiện kiểm tra theo bảng kế hoạch công việc để xác nhận tình trạng bảo vệ, vệ sinh, cây cảnh, côn trùng và phát hiện các vấn đề tồn tại.
  • Chia sẻ thông tin với quản lý của nhà thầu thường trực tại hiện trường, đồng thời xác nhận kế hoạch hàng ngày.
  • Tham gia các buổi họp sáng, chia sẻ thông tin giữa các trưởng bộ phận và triển khai các thông tin cần thiết đến các nhà thầu.
  • Tham gia họp giao ban với Giám đốc BQLVH cùng đại diện nhà thầu bảo vệ, vệ sinh để chia sẻ thông tin về công việc, triển khai công việc và giám sát nhân viên nhà thầu tại dự án.
  • Tiến hành họp định kỳ với các nhà thầu bảo vệ, vệ sinh, kiểm soát côn trùng…
  • Kết hợp đào tạo tác phong làm việc cho nhân viên nhà thầu theo tiêu chuẩn chất lượng dịch vụ của Công ty.
  • Lập và chỉnh sửa các tài liệu thấy cần thiết khi thực hiện công tác quản lý.
  • Theo dõi các vi phạm về nội quy, quy định đối với nhà thầu, nhắc nhở, cảnh cáo và tiến hành lập biên bản nhà thầu vi phạm.
  • Nhận xét, đánh giá kết quả chất lượng dịch vụ hàng tháng và xác nhận biên bản nghiệm thu.
  • Giải quyết các sự cố phát sinh liên quan đến bảo vệ, vệ sinh… và đề xuất các giải pháp ngăn ngừa sự cố.
  • Kiểm soát những tài sản thuộc bộ phận vệ sinh của tòa nhà như thùng rác, gạt tàn…
  • Tham gia các công việc liên quan đến khảo sát của nhà thầu, cùng kết hợp hướng dẫn nhà thầu mới khảo sát dự án và cung cấp những thông tin cần thiết tới nhà thầu.
  • Kiểm soát vật tư tiêu hao hàng ngày (nước rửa tay, giấy vệ sinh…)
  • Giám sát các vị trí bảo vệ thực hiện đúng các nội dung công việc theo hợp đồng đã ký với nhà thầu.
  • Lập báo cáo ngày, tuần, tháng…. của bộ phận.
  • Giải quyết các sự cố an ninh phát sinh xảy ra hàng ngày.
  1. Yêu cầu
  • Bằng cấp: Tốt nghiệp từ đại học trở lên chuyên ngành du lịch, quản lý khách sạn hoặc tương đương
  • Kinh nghiệm làm việc: Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan đến mảng dịch vụ, quản lý vận hành tòa nhà, khách sạn.

  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp
  • Giao tiếp tốt với khách hàng, các phòng ban công ty
  • Không nói ngọng, nói lắp
  • Kỹ năng quan sát, bao quát tốt
  1. Yêu cầu khác:
  • Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng như MS excel, MS words, internet
  • Tính cách cá nhân: Trung thực, bảo mật thông tin có liên quan đến công việc, hòa đồng, tận tuỵ với công việc
